Hasn’t been open last 12 months, don’t think it will reopen due to the no update or further information from branch or NAB itself.

I'm very upset because your branch is closed now for some month. I'm considering to withdraw all my money and close all my accounts. I'm elderly and I want to go into the branch to do my business as I almost got scammed doing online banking with another bank. This is not good enough, we the customer should have a choice and be looked after.
