National Australia Bank

I have been a customer of NAB for more than 20 years. I am resident in Singapore so my account has been handled mainly by my housing agent in Sydney. Recently I went down to Sydney to arrange for some funds to be TT to my other bank account in Singapore. I was told that this process would normally take some time because I do not have any Australian Identity document. Fortunately Richard the Bank Manager was kind enough to expedite the issuance of a NAB bank card through express post. Norton then followed up immediately with great care and patience - he managed to go through all the steps efficiently to TT the funds to my Singapore bank account successfully within the shortest possible time before my departure date from Sydney. It was a great relief for me and my wife. I deeply appreciate the care for customers demonstrated by your NAB team - led by Richard and Norton in this case.
